Mama throws baby into traffic
An outrageous story out of Austin Texas.
This 24 year old mother of four throws her child into oncoming traffic while calling her a “Slut”, telling her “You are dead to me”, and threatening that CPS (Child Protective Services) “will come and take her away.” On top of that this cow told her child – and “then no one will want you.”
A flood of 911 calls came into police dispatch by witnesses of this woman’s crazed actions. The horror this woman visited on her children was felt by the dozens of witnesses, and thanks to them and their quick actions ultimately saved the four year old girl.
I’ve been speaking out about child abuse since I was able to speak. I’ve been studying cases of child abuse for several years now. I would bet you just about anything that when the police scratch the surface of this sick family woman, they will find even worse incidents of abuse. Can you imagine anything worse? I can.
What flames my ‘imagination’ was the woman’s words You are a slut, and you are dead to me.
What could a four year old possibly do to be called a slut? Well, from personal experience I can tell you a four year old cant do anything to be called a slut. But people around her sure can. I know it sounds insane, and it probably is, but mothers have been calling their babies sluts for ever when those mothers find out they’ve been sexually assaulted by a love interest of the mom.
So, rip apart this cows family history and get to the bottom of this.
Oh btw, All four children are in care now, thank goodness.
Austin police have charged a mother with child abuse after they say she threw her 4-year-old daughter into incoming traffic and against cars on Tuesday.
In an affidavit, the Austin Police Department said it received several 911 calls from South Park Meadows shopping center at 9300 South Interstate 35 saying a woman was abusing her child. When they arrived, witnesses told them that Aurelia Gallardo, 24, had been shouting at her daughter and threw her into oncoming traffic.
Police interviewed witnesses, the affidavit says, that claim Gallardo called her daughter “every four-letter word known” and said told her “CPS was going to take her away, and no one would want her.”
After this, the affidavit says that witnesses saw Gallardo lift her daughter in the air by her arm, and throw her into the ground. She then dragged the child to the street and threw her into the road. A tan SUV driving toward the child had to slam on its breaks to avoid hitting her.
The witness continued, saying Gallardo then threw her child into a parked car and screamed things like “you’re dead to me” and called her a “slut.”
“I think it’s pretty outrageous,” police Sgt. Brian Loyd said. “When parents lose their composure to that degree — when they’re cursing at their child, hitting their child, actually throwing them into traffic — that’s pretty bad.”
Police say Gallardo and her three children boarded a Cap-Metro bus after the incident. Cops caught up with the bus off Congress Avenue minutes later after several witnesses called 9-1-1.
The children are now in CPS custody.
Loyd suggested the suspect did not appear remorseful for what allegedly happened.
“She was tired of the child. She was just tired of dealing with a child that wasn’t listening to her.”
Gallardo was arrested and charged with child endangerment, a state felony. She is being held in the Travis County Jail on $25,000 bond.

I agree that if this woman was screaming at her 4 year old calling her a slut (hmm she’s 24 with 4 kids from probably 4 different fathers… ironic?) then that poor child has probably been sexually abused. My heart bleeds for her and I will be praying for her and her siblings to find the type of love, trust, compassion and family they deserve. This woman does NOT deserve to be a mother and she should NEVER get those children back. If she was treating her 4 year old like this in public, imagine how she treats those children in the privacy of her own home!
Amy yes, exactly just imagine how she must treat her kids behind closed doors? I actually think these children are lucky their mom went off in full view of the public. Could be the saving grace they needed.
As awful as this story is, there is a ray of sunshine – all those witnesses refused to let her get away with abusing her kids. The tide has turned from my gramma’s day when such a thing (as stepping in to some one else’s business) was taboo. That era is over. If you see abuse, report it.
Thanks for taking the time to comment.
Hazel.
My heart goes out to the child. The poor thing!
