Missing Girls may be in Bruce

A search for two missing Ottawa area girls has led police to Bruce County.

16 year old Maisy Odjick and her 17 year old friend Shannon Alexander have been missing from the Kitigan Zibi First Nation in Quebec since September 5th.

Police tell Bayshore Broadcasting News they have received information that the girls are possibly heading to the Southampton area.

Maisy was raised in the area and attended Saugeen District Secondary School.

Maisy has brown eyes and black hair. She has a pierced left nostril and two piercing’s on her bottom lip.

Shannon has brown eyes and brown/black hair. She also wears a silver necklace with a feather on it.

There is a seven thousand dollar reward for information that leads police to the missing girls.
